Native Suns This local band transports you to the islands with the sounds of Calypso and Rake 'n Scrape.  Their music transcends time from the old Calypso of the 1940's through that of the present.  They keep Bahamian Rake 'n Scrape alive.  Rake and scrape features the sounds of a carpenter's saw being scraped by knives or files.  Come listen to Troy Higgs on the maracas, the saw, the tambourine and vocals and Wade Stewart on the guitar.  The Native Suns can be seen and heard at most local hotels generally  around 7:30 to 10:00 p.m.  They are also available for special events, weddings and private parties.  For booking inquiries, Troy can be reached at 242.333.3047 or by email at chefneff@coralwave.com.
